166-C1 – Dispatch 112 Heavy Rescue and off-duty tones for my rescue, PD requesting subject to be cut out of the tractor trailer @18:33

Male is refusing to get out apparently. Seems kind of drastic but I don't know the circumstances behind it. Also seemed the FD was not too keen on doing the PD's bidding.

Same. I cannot hear the PD side on the radio because our PD channels are now encrypted.
