POINT LOOKOUT MONDAY 8-8-22
The Point Lookout-Lido fire department was dispatched for a water rescue involving a female kayaker. The kayaker was overpowered by strong winds and was requesting assistance. Under the command of Chief Chris Guerin, the Long Beach fire department deployed their jet ski as the Freeport fire department's boat from Hose 1 stood by and ready to go.
