Two questions, what is "TAC?" And what is that on the rear on the 2000 Seagrave? I can tell its a pumper but what is that on the back?

The Thing on the rear of the rig is a rig mounted "Firefighter Bailout training device. I am not sure, but I believe that TAC is on a rig used for "Tactical Training" at the "Rock" = The FDNY Fire Academy" Captain Bob Rainey FDNY Engine 26 retired
 
The 2000 Seagrave is or was the bailout trainer, it would go around to firehouses for bailout training
 
Ex E-159 was the bailout training unit. It was built by the shops. It was Dx'd in either 2020-21 I recall. It sat across the street from E164/L84 for quite sometime.
