FYI  all freq have been  transitioned expect for  STATEN ISLAND    you can hear both si/bk-so still on the old freq and the new one for bk-so


rumor is Eventually  SI will have it very own dispatch freq

  Thanks very much Tom for the info. But now I guess I have to get that damn GRE digital scanner programmed again. Another $25 or $50. All because a few of my favorite depts have gone digital. Thank God the FDNY and FDNY/EMS didn't do that. But programming any channels in that scanner for me is a living nightmare.

Being it's just the PL changed.  You can push the mode button until you get back to the CT mode, it will then be in search mode.  Once the dispatcher starts talking push enter when you see the PL light up with the proper code.
