A simmilar policy was tried in London, it didnt work, the theory been, that if its a 'shout', then its a shout, if its not, then its not, and should we be actually responding in the first place...
There must be companies out there who when notified of a run for alarms etc, where they are not first due at, and therefore responding under the new policy, where they pull out of the house, sit in traffic outside the house for a few minutes or 5 minutes, just to back into the house again, or merely just drive round the block back to the house!! How are the members viewing this new policy, and is it been adhered to?
