One of my EMTs Grandfather was Chief Duffy

Looks like he was the Original BC of Rescue Services

Worked in R2(FF) E227(LT) L105(CPT) B34 & B57

Anyone work with him or have a story (not sure if the one on here was him)

Decorated 9 times for valor and heroism

Be cool to share with her

A US NAVY Veteran.....He was in BN*57 when we (R*2) were in BN*31 but we ran in with him often on Boxes....when we moved from Carlton Ave to Bergen St we originally were in BN*57 & always liked to have him come to Qtrs & talk to us.....not long after he became the original Chief of Rescue Services when it was formed & initially was quartered on Bradford St with 332 / 175....he was tough but fair & he always took care of us .....i seem to remember at one point there was no DC list & Senior BCs were made Provisional DC & he was one of them.....not sure if he retained the DC Rank in RET. or had reverted to BC before RET.
