Are FDNY changing the straps for securing the high rise roll ups ?

I can't remember where but I think it was engine 16 that had a shoulder strap type set up instead of the standard seat belt clips.

Could be a pilot program, more likely, one of the guys saw it somewhere and they purchased on their own.
