Roosevelt Island

Theres has been talk about moving SOC some place else, because of the bridge issue. 

You would have to figure out the response times on the island and see if it's in range.  Unless it's super high they won't even think about putting units out there.  Example would be City Island, without the house on the island the response times would be super high.
However because there are a bunch of houses so close to RI the response times are problay still with in the normal range.
 
Another question; What's on Hart Island and is there still a ferry that takes you there?
 
Potter's field is on Hart Island. There used to be some broadcast radio antenae stations there also. I don't know if they are still in use.
 
The Hart Island ferry doesn't take "You" there, it's takes the inmates there..
 
Yea the stiff's as well.

Corrections pretty much run's the island with the inmates doing the larbor of digging the graves for the potters fields.

If I may help with your description, the three units you missed were E258, Rescue 4, and the 45 Battalion.
 
Does anyone have any details regarding the five individuals that were stuck in one of the elevators today, Thursday May 8, 2008, at the Roosevelt Island subway station?
