In Sheffield, East Yorkshire, UK, and surrounding towns the Fire & Rescue are currently dealing with severe flooding. Currently there are 50 calls being dealt with, a further 300 calls they are unable to answer at present. RAF Helicopters are being used and they have rescued some 200 people, there are reports of up to a further 500 trapped some in buildings which are starting to collapse due to the rising water. This report was given at 10PM and flood water is due to peak at midnight. There have been two fatalities known at this time. At 10PM the flood water is around 4 to 5 feet deep and rising. Several other towns are flooding due to the severe weather including a tornado.
