it's a system that New Jersey set up as part of their home security effort. They have 3 5000 GPM pumping units trailer mounted stations around the state. In addition to that they have units with 12"hose to work with the system as well as monitors that will flow 5000 GPM. They also have capability to flow form up to 10,000 GPM. It's a modular system and can be deployed in many ways.
