Another NYC resident who has a Pennsylvania registration. Oh, by the way, your Emissions and Safety Inspections expired in August as it appears to be.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^New York City Fire Department (FDNY)
May 2021
FDNY members operated on scene of an all-hands fire at 311 West 139th Street in Manhattan earlier this afternoon. Two vehicles were blocking both of the fire hydrants on the block. FDNY urges New Yorkers to NEVER park on a fire hydrant. Blocking or obstructing a hydrant results in a delay in providing water to extinguish a fire. It is illegal to park within 15 feet of either side of a fire hydrant.
