We need to take a moment to Honor all our U.S. Veterens. They have given up so much for us. The veterens serving now and in the past, "Thank you for defending Our Freedom". Just last week, a few towns from me, Two young Children Lost their father, and a wife lost her husband. He was fighting for OUR FREEDOM. He died from his injuries recieved in the War in Afghaniftan. His is one sad story of thousands who have paid this very high price.
And those who are still with us that have to pay a steep price everyday of their life. We can't forget you.
Thanks to all our U.S. Military Veterens. "We Salute You".
For some very good stories and pictures dedicated to our Military Hero's, please go to www.patriotfiles.org .
                                      "THANK YOU"

I am a Vietnam veteran with two tours. My son is a Marine with two tours of duty in Iraq and now looking at a reserve tour in Afghanistan. On this most solemn days for all veterans please take time to honor those who have paid the supreme price and to praise those who have taken up the challenge of protecting us.

Thank you, gentlemen, for your comments concerning veterans, I'm sure we all appreciate it.  But Memorial Day was established after the Civil War as a remembrance of all those on both sides who gave their lives for others.  It has continued that way.  We should all take a moment to remember all of those who made the supreme sacrifice in all of our great nation's wars, from the Revolution through 1812, the Civil War, Spanish-American, both World Wars, Korea, Vietnam, Iraq (both times) and Afghanistan, not to mention the thousands who have died in the line of duty in times other than war, but in defense of our homeland. Those of you who know the ribbons will see below that I'm a Vietnam vet, with three campaign stars on my Vietnam Service Medal, and one of my Air Medals was for combat missions over 'Nam.  I've lost good buddys in the service of our country, and want them to be remembered. May they all rest in peace, and have our undying respect and admiration.

Bless all the Veterans........Fly your Flag.......& educate anyone who you feel may not understand.    .......NEVER FORGET.
