What type of operation are helicopters painted like that used for? I don't look like the normal color scheme of Air Force birds.

Maybe Ray can tell us what the insignias on the helicopters are

The USAF flies Hueys for several purposes . . . they are used for missile security at Minuteman bases in Wyoming, Montana and North Dakota, for VIP missions in and around DC, and for rescue at a number of USAF bases. The one pictured is stationed at Eglin AFB, Florida, just outside of Fort Walton Beach. Don't have any idea why the weird color scheme. And the insignia are too small to read . . . but the way I know it's an Eglin bird is from the "ET" on the tail.
