As bizarre as it may seem, this accident occurs rather often since the scaffolding went up in the early summer with this being the third time to my knowledge. This is due to us being used to using that exit and now having to use a similar but slightly taller exit about 25 feet to the right. After a long tour, muscle memory starts to kick in a mistakes begin to happen ( I almost made the same mistake once). So much so there is a sign warning ambulances and apparatus not to enter (put up after the second accident). The Polo Grounds are incredibly tight and hard to drive in due to the construction, causing at least one other ambulance accident to my knowledge. But, I'd like to mention the amazing skill of TL14's LCC who was able to weave inside without accident to assist me with a forcible entry, I have also seen L30 accomplish the same.

I HAVE HEARD OF THE TWO PREVIOUS INCIDENTS.  IT IS A HARD PLACE TO DRIVE THROUGH INDEED.  THANKS FOR THE ADDITIONAL INFO AS WELL.  EVERYONE WORKED WELL TOGETHER LAST NIGHT TO GET THE SITUATION RESOLVED.  BE SAFE AND GOD BLESS ALWAYS.

The clearance sign is large enough and plainly written. It's mind boggling at the least to even attempt it. The average height of an ambulance is 9'6".
