Is FR, Rescue?

Not sure, Lebby. May be 2 of the volunteer rescue squads that operate in Virginia Beach along side the FD rescues, although they respond primarily to auto accidents, drownings, and other primarily patient-oriented calls, with the FD rescues acting more like FDNY rescues at fires and in technical work.
