So a working fire in Virginia Beach only gets 4 engines and a truck? Do you know their staffing level?

Not certain of VB's staffing level; perhaps Deano (VBCapt) can answer. I can tell you that across the harbor here in Newport News, a working fire gets 3 engines, 2 trucks, 1 rescue, 1 EMS ambulance, 1 Battalion Chief, a safety officer and an EMS supervisor. Engine manning is 3 firefighters, truck is 4.
