The deputy has been identified as Christina Musil.

Nothing about her family but she did serve in the Military.

Sorry a little late with this but it should get out there. Deputy Musil leaves three children, ages 5, 11, and 12. The driver of the truck was charged with one count of reckless homicide and three counts of aggrevated DUI causing death. In addition there were charges of failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident as well as driving an uninsured vehicle.
