H HCO Joined May 14, 2007 Messages 410 Mar 19, 2012 #4 The Nolan ATS-1 Rail Cart is kept in quarters and loaded when needed. The carts are assigned to 22 engines (none in Staten Island), as well as the squads, high-rise units, rebreather units, and the SOC Logistic Unit.
