What Kind of Rig is this ? I'm not sure of the name , But Does it Respond on anything ? Or is it just used at the Rock ? Thanks.

The AWS (Auxiliary Water System) is to be manned by two Special Operations Lt's and four Rescue firemen at all times. If they need to submerse the pumps they have the Rescue fireman don their diving gear and get in the water. Diver 1 having the primary responsibilities and Diver 2 ready to help with anything that might arise. All this with a Rescue company on standby while they are in the water.
