When did this fire occur?

I saw footage of an operation at that fire scene and on this picture it says November 11, 1991 whilst in the video it says August 6, 1991. Please tell me about this fire! Credit goes to original photographer!

Interesting that it says “Don’t Let City Close Your Firehouse” on the building.
And they’re putting water into it.
