Units dispatched to a fully involved 2 story residential structure fire. Units arrived on scene to find two 2 story structures fully involved. The fire spread to 2 additional structures with collapse of the original fire location. Wilkes-Barre City Fire Department had a full recall of personnel to man reserve apparatus that were put into service on this box.
