Worst FD in US?

I thought I was watching something from Saturday Night Live! Plastic construction helmets, long sleeve shirt for turn-out gear, what the hell does SCBA mean? This is unreal!
 
Never ceases to amaze me at what goes on! I honestly believe they were controlling the throttle from inside the cab! What a dangerous joke they are!
 
I do not know if this a good thing or a bad thing. At least they responded to the incident. Admire their dedication, question their leadership.
 
Heres what I saw. Structural firefighting in woodland gear, giving a disregard command to the firefighters that we're properly trained and equipped, a comical woman in structural gear that looked like it needed to be retired and a major lack of knowledge. There isn't any of us that can say we've never made mistakes on the fireground, but this is beyond comprehension. As a note, I looked online and the municipal departments and Rural/Metro are well equipped and trained. It's the small private departments there that leave people's heads shaking. Obe place I read stated that the sheriff in that county won't even allow this department to run lights and sirens to calls, I'm guessing because of their performance in the eyes of the local officials. On another site, these guys and the two other small private departments weren't even mentioned in the counties wildland response guidelines.
