He cant be COD since that is a Uniformed Position & he is Retired from the Uniformed Force....it also cant be the 1st Deputy Commisioner position since that is being filled already.........rumor is possibly a new position.

Yes thats the "rumor"....it is a position that would have to be created as there never has been one....it would also have to be a non-Uniformed position....we will see .
