While Yonkers is always good for fire duty they seem to be catching some good jobs lately

I've always considered Yonkers the Sixth Boro of NYC or an extension of the Bronx.

Since January 1, 2026 - here are the dates that the Yonkers Fire Department has responded to a working fire or multiple alarm in that city.
Some days there were TWO jobs
This does NOT count when they responded mutual aid outside the city.

The following dates is when the caught work
January 11, 17, 17, 19, 20, 30
February 1, 1, 3, 4, 6, 8, 9,
March 3, 9, 15
April 2, 14, 14 (up to April 14, '26)
TOTAL - 19
