They were requested Twice and got canceled off the hop 3rd time was the charm not sure how far they made it….but got canceled en route

The request was for a TL only to the scene, as per FDNY policy a mutual aid request must go through the proper channels before to be approved. The 3rd and final request was approved around 05:15 and a decision was made to send 2E, 2L & 1BC which ultimately got cancelled enroute.
