It actually is isolated, even though it's technically attached in the front.

If you look from the rear that exposure 2 building is not attached front to rear. And as 123ken mentioned, with no adjoining roof access either, its probably better safe than sorry to list this as an isolated building.
I guess it could be safer? Still seems like it’s a bit off to call a building attached on two sides (with that little 1 story taxpayer on the 4 side) isolated.

If the intention was to mention no roof access from exposure 2, couldn’t that be added as a standalone item in the CIDS? Might be more important to list it that way & avoid the confusion of companies showing up to an isolated building that is not actually isolated.

However, this is not really my place - the company whose admin area it is knows best.
