Thanks Skyler. So it's a rebuild and not a teardown? That house was totally refurbished just a few years ago. The building is almost 125 years old. Historic to the neighborhood.

If I remember correctly, Verizon had a yard on the west side of Jerome Ave near 198-199 streets. It has been a lot of years since I have been in that area so things may have changed.

Quite possible for 48 to hit nearly 10,000 runs this year. Should be interesting to see the numbers, especially considering 79 does 7,000 runs.

On the truck side, L38 should see a big jump in their runs. They will now go 2d due into a large part of Bedford Park.

Before L56 moved up from Monroe Avenue, L38 was second due all the way to Mosholu Parkway. I guess you could say 38 is just temporarily reclaiming their old territory.

Wow how quickly we forget these things. Yes that’s right….. L038 had some long runs as second due up that way. And the runs and worker volume back then wasn’t even close to what it is today. Good observation!
