red highlighted text above indicating where BX tells the 19 Batt that SCBA pilot units are responding explains the yellow SCBA being worn by some members seen in video. E75 and TL33 are two of the units in the pilot so I believe they’re the only ones with yellow…on the MDT it would be denoted with the letter “B” after the unit if they are part of the pilot program. For example, it’d be E075B or T033B in the rundown….cited from dept. order on the pilot program.
