    ENGINE 82 foreground...This rig served E 82 for 8 years, including last year when E 82 topped the R&W list. This rig made over 40k runs and then sent to E 249 for another year.

    From what I got first hand...Actually the apparatus will not transport, so paramedic is a possibility. This is the brainstorm of the new Commissioner. Since ambulance and engine stretches will be compatible, the FD members can package the patient. If an ambulance is too far out, they will meet...
