Seeing as Zeiser (aka W. 188) is one way from Sedgwick Ave, I think 43/59 should be 1st, as they are at the entrance to the block.

That location is a toss up for 81 & 43, Sedgwick is one lane each direction from 43’s quarters and Bailey is 2 lanes each direction from 81’s quarters. Also depends on box used for assignment. Many different opinions on that area for assignments however that block (Father Zeiser Place) is E-81 administrative responsibility
