3rd Alarm, sounds like it originated in an Amtrak substation versus ConEd.

Amtrak has sent a rescue diesel out to link up with train 2163 stopped off the old Bartow station in Pelham Bay Park

on the 10-86.

SQ 46, 61 and 288 all on this (I believe)
I think that's right. On the rundown above, SQ61 is second due on the first alarm, so SQ41 would be responding in as the squad on the first alarm, then SQ288 as the HMTU on the 10-86 I think. Which is an interesting pick - according to the map I'm looking at, E274 would be much closer as a HMTU coming in via the Whitestone.

Looks like SQ-41 was unavailable initially, SQ-288 might've been on the 10-75, then 41 on the 10-86

Amtrak has suspended service between New Haven and Penn Station in both directions for the rest of the day as of 1554hrs, passengers being routed over to Metro North.
