So is E97 transporting with EMS or is EMS transporting with E97 onboard?

Usually EMS needs someone to drive the ambulance so E97 probably driving

E97 members were in the back of the bus performing CPR, 2 year old transported to Jacobi.

Never saw members driving the bus in Queens. That could possibly be a liability issue. We usually assist in the back as requested

I've seen the EMS Conditions Lt. drive the bus when the situation warranted.

Somewhat related, during my stint in NYC EMS back in 1979 my partner and I were performing CPR in the back of the bus, no FD on scene...Police officer volunteered to drive...HOLY CHRISTMAS! Did we go for a ride and a lesson learned, never again!.
