As said it initially was the minor then major added hence why 227 transporting the collapse rig.
Also 132 having to all that way East to then go north to the box would take too long. It is now nearest unit transporting the collapse rig, which is why 227 does it alot.

I believe due to the CIDS and sizeups TLs were put into the area. Could not put into 127 due to the proximity to the fire. If the rigs cant fit in the firehouses they def have enough room outside them.
Just a correction: Queens told the 13th they received a EAB from Squad 270 roof. The 13 told them it was due to a injured member who was being looked at by EMS. Squad 270 Roof hit it for another FF.
There is a lot that goes into relocations, particularly in Queens. Queens and Manhattan have alot of "DO NOT RELOCATE" and "MUST FILL" companies. Now add the list of outdated apparatus so those companies cant relocate. Now any fires before that and did companies relocate? Is the engine or ladder...
