    Those “lanes” blocks are loaded with small PD’s with squatters, and as said before, tough access for firefighting purposes. They’re really just walkways between blocks. Looked like a tough job

    When does an Officer specify the company itself for a special response? I’ve never done this nor heard it. It’s simply “we need a hazmat response”.
