Thanks very much Captain its great to hear from anyone who worked on the Super Pumper. Mostly since any fire you responded to was usually a big job. It be great if you could share any of your good stories. Thanks again.
Here is the case the Bruen decision was made for. The cops aren't gonna help you arm yourself and learn how to use it. You're the first responder. Tell Hoople and her minions stick it you know where. The mayor is as clueless as she is and he was a cop!
Chief I asked the same when my sister lost her house. Pull box directly across the street no one knows if it works. two years later still don't kmow. Time wasted making calls could have used the box in about 10 sec. 162/82 is 2 blocks away.
These unconstitutional laws need to be fought now that the Supreme Court's NYSRPA v. Bruen ruling has been made. Anyone who has an interest in owning a firearm should exercise their 2A right. If you chose to carry so much the better. Supporting/joining 2A organizations and defying their attempts...
When I worked north Brooklyn we had maps of most of the NYCHA buildings. You don't want to wander around if you don't have to. Red Hook was a "fun" place to work. Centre Mall used to be a shooting gallery.

The fire chief in my town was killed in a motorcycle accident. He was a 28 year veteran of the HFD and a dedicated volunteer. Rest In Peace...
When you look at the detail pics on their website you can see the differences between the 1968, 1970, and 1981 Mack CF pumpers. Unfortunately the 1970 models are sold out.
Fire Replicas is releasing 1968 Mack CF pumpers. Newsletter says July 8 Engine 10. 46. 82, 85 and 227. They look great! I remember them when my family moved to SI.
I like the grill mods on the Dodge to fit the bell and siren on the bumper! Also notice in one pic to the left a VW Karmann Ghia not a car you see anymore. When I lived at home next door to us were 2 brothers who had their own band. I was probably 10 or so and they were maybe 10 years older...
Nice pictures! Good rear view of Satellite 3 and the SP in one photo. Also the picture of Richmond Engine 1 to the left I believe was a garden shop at one time. My dad went there pretty often in the summer and I remember being in there many times. No Home Depot then. Does anyone recall the name...
