    There was a 48xx box in that immediate area that 297 was 2nd due at back in the 60's. Can't remember the whole box number but it right around there. 130 as well.

    Today we remember all those who have made the Supreme Sacrifice, all who still suffer from illness and injuries from that day and later on.     Next door to the 7-11 which in bygone years was a Shell gas station. On the other side of the fire building was once Di Benedetto Dodge dealership which after they moved to Bayside, became a bowling alley in the early 60's.

    My dad had a small piece of the plane's engine that he kept in his dresser drawer. When he passed I asked my mother where was the piece? Her response, "Oh I threw that junk out." Nice work Ma.

    They Still Got It

    Paul's break came as a 17-year-old when he and his dad came from Canada and visited "Cousin" Bruce Morrow who at the time was on 1010 WINS AM in NYC. The song that Paul wrote, "Diana", was previewed on the air during that visit and the rest is history.
