There is the thread going around with the new Tillers that companies are getting converting over from a rear-mount. This got me curious what was the last company to switch from a rear-mount to a tower ladder? And when?
I think I read somewhere that technically the FDNY dispatcher is the IC until the arrival of the first unit and can upgrade a response as they see fit if they receive additional information
Anyone know the reason for 4-door cabs? Are they planning that if needed these could be stand alone units and not always be used with the parent company?
