    When I went to Chicago over the summer, I visited Squad 1. Great guys, but more relevanty they were running in the SCUBA truck.

    You're correct, while I knew they had started implementing AEDs, I heard today that like you said all trucks are now equipped.

    Ironically not a PRU, all PRUs are currently in modified ambulances. That's a boss.

    While trucks have had CFR equipment, they haven't had AEDs.

    I don't believe the TRGs ever had ALS, but with that said I almost never interacted with them. The Bronx TRG was disbanded a few months ago, and the Queens TRG uses regular ambulances.

    The PRUs returned to service in June. As of now we operate in modified ambulances, but eventually we'll be back in the vehicles you described. The program is slightly different than before and much more popular among the members than the previous iterations.

    I'd say on a personal level, I do a HazTac job about every three months. Which is more than most, but I suppose in the scheme of things not a lot. We go to more than that, but usually get turned around, or determine it's not credible upon arrival.
