Since you assert “recently was”, assume you have specific knowledge of the circumstances. What was the date, time & box number that E70 L53 operated at for an extended period of time. How long were they OOS?

No way E70 and/or L53 are not must fill. City Island can never be left with coverage.

In 2021 the runs for the companies on City Island were E70 (365) & L53 (158). Virtually no wear and tear on those rigs.
