Probably Passaic County Sheriff's Department HazMat and Paterson Fire Department HazMat 1

Water pressure issues and very long stretches. Trying to reposition equipment is tough here. Exposure 3 And 4 are the river and highway.

They did back at 6 alarms and were told all FDNY fire boats were in service already in the city.
That sounds strange, I didn't realize that the boats were utilized that much. It seems like in a case like this they could be relieved from whatever they were doing to respond since I'm sure the large volume of water that the 2 big boats could provide would be very helpful.

Now 11 alarms!

343 and Firefighter II couldn't make it down the river anyways due to low bridges. Supposedly Newark's Boat 1 was having issues making it and she is only 48'.
