Ladder 23 -Ladder 148. Almost a 40 min ride. Wow

With three jobs going in Brooklyn almost the same time frame, Brooklyn companies were getting thin I assume there were other relocations out of boro to fill vacancies.

Who did they piss off?
Don’t think that theory applies from boro to boro.
I did have an incident where a firefighter called the dispatcher after we received a relocation. He told dispatcher we just sat down for dinner and to find another company! Sure enough the relocation was cancelled. I was P.O. and called dispatcher back to apologize, too late! I knew this was going to kick us in the butt. Sure enough 3am we get relocated to S. I. for a minor incident!
