0246 hrs Fifth Alarm..3 Engs & 1 TL to Beach 216 St...&...2 ENGs ..& 2 TLs to Beach 210 St & Rockaway Point Blvd.....Units to make an attempt to stop the Fire....It is not under control !
 
As per IC....Fire on 3 fronts...#1...remains of bldgs still smouldering...#2...other bldgs knocked down....#3 Other bldgs still burning.....possibile gas fueled Fires in some bldgs ....IC requests gas shut off by utilities.
 
0320 hrs 6th alarm transmitted...Units to 220 St & Hudson Walk....FC reports 2 10-45 no code.

0451 hrs ..2 sectors east & west...Ocean av & Kildare walk...Fire travelling east to west ...no searches made at this time...special call 4 additional BCs....duration 5 hrs & 48 Mins....Spec called BNs are 28..20..52..3.
 
0620 hrs...progress report.......numerous dwellings reduced to the foundations...bet Atlantic Walk ...Jamaica Walk to the promenade approx 50 dwellings involved.....incoming Units advising that the incoming tide is rising RAPIDLY.
 
Broad Channel also lost their rig. Saw the pic the cab was burnt out. Rest of the rig looks ok though
