Any extra staffing for today? Alot of flooding in my neighborhood, had to go through knee high deep water to get home

Alot of Queens and Brooklyn had 7-8 Inches of flooding, some areas in queens currently have 19 inches of water, flooding primarily affecting eastern queens and south east queens right now
