I know it was windy here in Pittsburgh, still a little windy, and it was windy in NYC earlier also I saw
 
All those wooden/composite decks in rear. Heavy fire load. Gas BBQ tanks/lines. Wind push it along. Early morning maybe late noticing it until advanced
