11/24/21 Manhattan 5th Alarm Box 1797

At one point there was chat on here that they would only transmit up to the 5th Alarm and anything past that would be special called. I'm guessing that was made into policy, based on the fact that 4E, 2L, 2BC's were special called after the 5th. Anyone know for sure?
 
I like the way on the rundowns, the apparatus listed on the greater alarms show who they were covering for: example: [3rd Alarm: E22 (act E65)] This way you get a better idea of the flow of apparatus moving into the area for coverage and where they actually responded from when sent to the scene.
 
Doing a bit of research I think the following is Car 13B

Assistant Chief of Fire Prevention, Deputy Assistant Chief Anthony SACCAVINO..

Can anybody confirm this before I add him to my up-to-date list ?

At approx 22;30 or so of the Vid., FC Directs Ops. Center to 'activate Car 421'. Can anyone Advise on Car 421 ? :unsure:
