They asked for a staging BC on this?
1. Gas readings in the street, plus in numerous surrrounding buildings.
2. Protect your resources'; use minimum personnel to locate the source,
3. Keep the balance of the assignment at a safe distance - just in case. Now, just imagine a catastrophic event takes place with all personnel involved the mix?
Staging at this type of incident is a smart, heads-up move by the chief. JMO
