I think its all about Stillwell. Whoever gets to Stillwell faster gets those boxes. 161 gets to Stillwell faster than 166

But who knows - I could be wrong and maybe they were just out lol

166 straight down Cropsey . -Definitely closer than 161 maybe they were out. Stillwell goes further away from this box as you get closer to Bay Pkwy
