17th AH in Queens this month. 2nd place in the City behind Bklyn.

Also wouldn't this be considered a 10-77 due to its a Residential HR? Or is it not considered a Highrise by NYC standards?

Generally speaking, "high rise" buildings are 10 stories or higher. However, if the I/C feels the conditions require a "high rise response", even for a lower sized building, he'll transmit the 10-77.
