Taller building I believe there is only 25-30 in the city a few in the works in the Bronx and Long Island city.

Anyone know the required floor count or height? 2 examples of them in Manhattan are 432 Park Avenue and 157 W57 Street. Both two of the tallest MD in the country, and beyond I believe.

'800 Feet' What's That - Like 70 Storys ? If Areial Ladders (100 Ft.) can reach 6 or 7th Fl (Depending on Placement etc...),
'800 Feet' approx. 67th Fl Above ' lowest floor', (70-73 Storys)

432 Park Avenue, 157 W57 Street, 1 WTC, Empire St., maybe 3 or 4 others...?
