Would appear Car 13 is now AC Thomas Curraro who was Car 4D.
Car 4D now Chief Jardin who was Car 13.

Not sure why they didn't just pull forward 3 - 5' to clear the vehicle and still have clearance to attach the supply lines, from the footage from above it shows the other side outrigger would still be unhindered by vehicles as it was already in the traffic lane, not the parking lane.

If you count the engines and the S/C engines, there appears to be TWO engines above a SIXTH alarm. I wonder why the 6th wasn't transmitted by the Manhattan CO? This was before the PWH was transmitted.

Highest alarm is “5” nothing over 5 anymore everything must be Special called

More than likely they with either a vehicle in front of the rig or they needed that placement to reach where they were trying to get to! They certainly didn't spot there just as I can put their outrigger down on the auto.
